Greetings/Vita Mix

Hallo.

My name's Christin.  I'll be blogging here about my various obsessions, especially my obsession with vegan cooking.

Let me tell you a bit about myself:  I'm 23, I run a yarn shop with my mom, I'm an artist, and I listen to a shit ton of eighties music, mainly of the 4AD/new wave/death rock/psychobilly varieties.  I'm also a nerd for:

I've been vegan for a little over a year.  I'm a Taurus, my favorite color is black, and I drink insane amounts of peppermint tea.

Anyway, I got a Vita Mix yesterday, and I'm terrifyingly obsessed with it.  I've been blending fucking EVERYTHING!  Yesterday I made hummus, cashew butter, potato soup, and a green smoothie, all in one afternoon..  I'm drunk with power, I tell you.
